Sled Crasher appears to be another Collaborator recipe - developed by brewers from the Oregon Brew Crew and Widmer.

This fella was nearly amber when full, but lightened to nearly a pale as it diminished. There was very little carbonation and thus very limited head. It did have amazing clarity though.

The aroma was predominantly of sweeter malts and very mild spice. No trace of hops.

The taste was rather simple, much like a mix between their alt and a bock. Sweet malt with just a hint of sour astringent. Spices are also fairly minimal in this as well, and I had a difficult time figuring out what style it was,and the server couldn't tell me either.

It was drinkable, but not really what I want from a winter warmer.
