On tap at the Gasthaus 7.1.2010.

Finger and a half rocky white head, slow dissipation with significant lacing. Clear golden body with no visible carbonation. Nose is pretty floral, malty, some grassy hops, a bit sweet. Taste is fairly bitter for the style, spicy noble hops, a bit of sweetness but not overly sweet. Mouthfeel is medium fullness, not a lot of effervescence, with a pretty bitter finish. This would be a really nice summer session beer, I need some Brats! Nice clean flavor profile, refreshing. Worth a try.
