This was my least favorite of the 4 gluten-free beers that I had from Omission. It was still good and drinkable but being gluten free on a wheat beer does something to the taste. Still enjoyable but just tasted off.

From the can, it pours a clear (I will shake the can next time) light yellow-golden color with a modest, for a white bier, white head that soon diminishes to a thin layer. The nose gets some citrus. The mouth gets a grainy light tasting brew.

Light and hazy it is …..like the can says. Reminds me of the omission golden lager but a little ‘dirtier’’. There are some tropical fruits here, and it goes down easy. Not huge on flavor but it’s hot-day crushable.
