Got this half priced at total wine and I can see why. Reminds me of a Avery alcohol bomb but without the flavor. Not really tasting much bourbon either. Glad I was half off

On tap at Rattle n Hum, NYC. As I'm all aboard the barrel ageing train these days I could not pass this by.
Aroma is reminicient of a bourbon barrel aged ESB from Breckenridge of Colorado I had a few months ago. Massive buttered popcorn aroma.
Mostly butter but unquestionably distinct. I assume the corn came from the bourbon in the barrels.
The alcohol is well masked & lucky for me the ABV& price are probhibative so the silk smoothness' seduction can only go so far.
