Nice, refreshing ginger beer. Pours orange-amber with very little head. The scent is of ginger with light malt and hops. The taste is very gingery, and not too sweet. Very little else comes out - really mellow malts and hops. Nice, moderate carbonation - doesn't come off soda-like at all, especially compared to other ginger beers I've had. Great accompaniment to a spicy meal.
