I added this listing to differentiate between the draft and canned or bottled product. As the Brains website states:
'[Draft] 4.3% abv* Refreshingly hoppy Welsh Ale. The successful younger sister of the legendary SA, SA Gold was first brewed in 2006 and has been a firm favourite ever since. Gold is a full-flavoured hoppy and refreshing ale brewed with Cascade and Styrian Goldings hops creating citrus aromas and flavours. *4.7% ABV in 500ml bottle and 440ml can format.'
L- Mid amber, slightly hazy, 1Cm fine white head.
S- Mild bready aroma.
T- It tastes rather like a bitter to me, it's quite light, with a hoppy-dry bitter tang in it's tail.
F- Good carbonation in the mouth. Together with the Taste^ it should make a good summer or session beer.
O- Pleasant enough, nothing notably wrong or lacking, though nothing particularly notable to give reason to look out for it again.
Bought from a convenience shop in east Oxford. 500ml bottle. £2.49.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
