Looks great. Amber with red highlights. Nice tight 1/2" head that fades slowly and sticks nicely
Not a lot of aroma. Vague caramel and a sweet sump oil? Not horrible
Some background very light sweet malt and not a lot of body to speak of. Astringent banana peel and too strong tea.
Could drink more, but won't.

Served on tap at the local social club.
Poured a decent one-finger head that lasted throughout the link, leaving a small bit of lacing all the way around.
Smell was nice, although not overpowering in any way. Has some of the traditional winter brew smells, but much milder.
Taste was alright, but lacked a certain richness I expected to find in a winter brew. It was almost more like an English pale ale, but not as bitter.
Mouthfeel was nice. Served in a traditional English ale temperature, at just barely cooler than room temp., it drinks nicely. Wouldn't mind drinking this again, but it won't be my first choice next time.
