A traditional Bavarian style Weissbier (“white beer”) brewed with malted wheat and Hallertau Tradition hops. This naturally cloudy beer uses a distinctive Weissbeer yeast to produce a light, refreshing beer bursting with fruity banana flavours and spicy cloves. First introduced this summer in keg, Weiss Weiss Baby makes a welcome return in cask at 4.9%.

Poured from a 330ml bottle into a Fullers snifter.
Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a quickly dissipating white head.
Smells faintly of banana and light yeast.
Tastes like a very light tasting yet full bodied hefeweizen. Nice balance between fruit and peppery elements.
Overall a pretty good beer, but i’d go for a Schneider-Weisse any day. However this was only £1.79 so maybe not.
