Aroma is somewhat fruity, hints of cider tartness and citrus. Color is dark golden and head is short, but thick and creamy. Taste is bittersweet and tart, apples, white wine, and overall mouthfeel seems watery. Small stinging tartness on palate. Knowing the French fondness for ciders, this seems to lend itself to that palate.
