250 ml bottle, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 3.1%. Clear red colour, like Norwegian "Eventyrbrus", huge pink head. Intense aroma of red fruits candy. Sweet flavour of artificial red fruits candy, lacks freshness and acidity, no bitterness. Still drinkable, but there is absolutely nothing here to remind you that this is a beer.

Overtly sweet and skewed wheat ale, with a bit of an off-putting character of fizzy sweeteners.
Presentation: 25 cl brown capped bottle. Front label with a vertical design with the name of the brew and side bars with images of red berries. Back label offers a small description, best by date (25/03/11), and Alc. by Vol. (3,1%) Served in a tulip glass.
A - Faintly hazy deep pink pour. Tremendous frothy head, good retention, surface memory and some lacing. Pretty solid other from the assertive pink head, which feels and signals the industrial and artificial side of the brew.
S - Fruity and sugary nose. Red berries, sure enough, but with a sense of confectionery that is not too pleasing.
T - Taste follows and amplifies an artificial sense, in particular industrial sweetener, over a sweet and fruity/berry sense, faint wheat touch in the background. While not much of an improvement this is slightly better than their Agrumbocq based on mandarins.
M - Light body with medium to high carbonation, fizzy feel coating the sugary sense.
D - Not as overwhelming as other fruit Witbiers from this Brasserie but not particularly pleasing either.
Notes: Seemingly part of a fancy distribution push by a couple of retailers in Spain. And from what I am gathering it seems to be disappointing across the board... Maybe attractive to someone keen of sweet fizzy tablets cause other than that this is quite forgettable.

An extremely fruity fruit syrup, a touch of wheat is felt to be savored and gives the mouth a little touch milk is not unpleasant to think about milk & fruit. The course is very fruity and very sweet beer, but the body is not too syrupy. A fruity beer for less demanding throats.
