.5l in mug at the brewpub in Innsbruck.
Dark brown with red-orange highlights and a tan head. The head has
decent retention and lewves some spotty lacing.
The nose is rather rich, with notes of nuts and herbal hops over the
medium and dark malt. The flavor is buttery, but without other signs
of brewing problems. I found the nutty-buttery-bready-malty flavor to
be quite appealing.
M: Very smooth with medium-light body and low carbonation, but a trace of harshness.
O: an exceptionally buttery dunkel that is also nicey nutty.
