A: Pale golden, very clear after the haze, 1 finger head.
S: Cork, citrus, wheat.
T: Slightly sour apple, hint of yeast and molasses.
M: Fading carbonation, thickish body, smooth.
O: Too much apple, mouthful not great, passable but there have been better beers at JDW festivals.
