Another one of Bateman's Zodiac collection. This one was on handpull at a beerfestival I went too yesterday (Friday 5th Oct).
Light amber in colour, bright and clear with a good white head.
The smell was interesting, butterscotch and sweets, but not sickly.
The taste was a funny sort of dry butterscotsh, I liked it.
The flavour of butterscotch rebounds around the mouth and the dryness takes away any sweetness that could ruin the beer.
Very drinkable, like most of Bateman's beers.
