Cask. Sparkler used. Very dark claret colour. A solid light tan head producing aesthetically pleasing lacing.
Autumn hedgerow fruits are apparent upon smelling. Blackberry and damson perhaps. Malt also present.
A full on fruity flavour reflecting the aroma. The fruit sweetness is balanced by a hoppy bitter finish.
Medium bitter with a light and smooth carbonation.
A great Autumn ale. The balance gives high drinkability.
