Herbal aroma, lightly citrusy, a bit alcohol. Pours dark amber, with a frothy, tan head that sadly faded to nothing after a few sips. The taste is little sour, a bit of salty and maybe even, however you can define it, umami. It has a medium, malty body, texture is slick, carbonation lively but also a bit stale. The ginger’s definitely in the finish. It’s nice, but the finish is a bit stale and - except for the ginger - boring.
