Says it's a Pilsener on the label.
Has a built-in opener on the bottom of the bottle. (Place another Belco twist off-type bottle underneath and twist...and vous allez; you have yourself another bland beer!)
It pours a pale yellow with a fading white head and some trails of spotty lace.
A sweet grainy malt aroma gives way to the wet cut grass smell.
A sweet corny taste with a light grainy malt and slightly herbal flavor are not altogether unpleasant. A very mild citrusy flavor peeks in and out. This is a non-offensive mild brew.

Belco: from Brazil, in a shockingly fresh half liter bottle. Light yellow beer, with very little body and a nice head with Belgian lace all the way through. A very refreshing taste. This beer had malt sweetness with a long lingering aftertaste. Very nice summer type beer.

A disappointing pilsner, not much smell, weak, watery taste. Some carbonation, medium head leaving a little lace. The US importer is Mercospirits Inc. Wilmette, IL.

Thin white lace that does stick a little, decent clarity. Pale grain in the aroma, that is about it. Mildly astringent all over from the grain to the hops. Thin on the malt flavour with a rough hop bitterness. Not very drinkable due to the astrignent flavours.
