Golden yellow, with mediocre whitish head. Interesting smell. Grains, bread,...tequila? Yes, definite, distinct agave notes. Note sure what that's from. The taste has all the same qualities. Yes, tequila again, but it's better in the smell. But some lemony tartness and rindy bitterness. Low to medium carbonation, watery, light bodied, and a little astringent.

Bottle from Albertsons. Slightly sour, cereal taste to this beer. Aroma and taste of wet paper. Chalky, watery Mouthfeel. Much better golden blondes to be found in the UK

12 oz bottle, poured into a pint glass
Appearance: Pours a clear, golden, yellow color with an eighth of a finger of while-colored head that quickly dissolved away into a thin lacing of foam that completely covered the top of the beer. Looks like a BMC beer.
Aroma: Strong aromas of bready, toasted malt up front, imparting notes of freshly baked bread, biscuits and cereal. I also get notes of caramel, honey and honey-suckle and some faint notes of corn or rice-like adjuncts. Smells a little bit like a BMC beer.
Taste: Disappointing. Some bready, toasted malt up front, followed by some caramel, and a lot of the aforementioned corn or rice-like adjuncts which give off a slightly sour/vinegary flavor. Tastes like a BMC beer.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin and pretty smooth and creamy as there is very little in the way of carbonation. With an ABV of 4.4%, there is no alcohol on the palate.
Overall: This is a disappointing beer, made for BMC drinkers. Not recommended.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is malty, bready. Taste is malts, some sweetness, a bit of fruit, light hops are present. Feels light in the mouth and overall is a smooth and refreshing beer.
