A top fermented "bok" like that of a Jopen Bok and beers of that ilk.Came in a snifter a copper/bronze with a sticky thinner light tan colored head atop.Phenolic spice and banana notes on the nose like a wheat bock, some chocolate comes into play as well.Yeasty fruity spice upfront on the palate with a bit of toasted dark bread and earth in the finish.A beer style you wont find very often...if ever,a nice change up from Highland here.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
