This berliner weisse, brewed by our cellarman Kevin Keller, was inspired by Kevin's time spent in Germany and his love of this distinct and all too rare style. Kevin focused on allowing the flavors of the wheat and souring agents to spring forward, while letting Hallertau Blanc and Saphir hops provide a slight earthiness to the beer. Light and refreshing, this beer serves as a perfect intermezzo to space out the heavier beers that we drink in the winter.
