WOW, another clear IPA. Medium head and some lacing. Scent is outrageous, sweet and citrusy. Tastes like it smells and is smooth. No hop feel until after it's down. The NC pioneers killed it again.

12 oz bottle (filled 12/12/18) into Highland IPA glass -easily brings a nice full head on rich, clear, rich honey golden body.
Smell-Not a big hop nose bomb by far, but there's bouquet of lovely aromas, sweet & fruity...like lager almost, crisp but sweet, fuller and rounder than expected. Seductive haha.
Tastes full and smooth - I do love it, but it really reminds me of my favorite style -lager - but crisp, hopped up jamming brew is what it is! 6% makes it this rocker's ideal...match for pizzas - tonight! Awesome, Highland!
Feels ideal, as far as good classic quality beer goes...smooth but tart, dry, abruptly bitter crisp and extremely pleasing.
Overall? I say killer all around, And I will get this again. Will be interesting to see what more experienced ipa folks say.
Upon a revisit to edit my review of Alternate Cargo, I find all of this to be true again, even more! It's a good one.

Fill date of 06/28/2018 #1. Apparently a rotating seasonal that changes it characteristics with each rotation.
Batch #1:
Pours an absolutely crystal clear pale straw yellow with a thin all white head that has rather poor retention
AROMA: Mild floral hops, some yeast.
TASTE: Follows the nose some mild tartness.
As IPA's go this is low in the IPA characteristics. Pretty tame.
