You'll experience aromas of grapefruit, florals, & citrusy orange, with a touch of pine. Dry, excessively hoppy, & a clean finish.

This is a very good beer. Well balanced full of flavor. Top shelf IPA. I won't get into all the specifics. Most beer drinkers know a great beer when they drink it. This is a great beer!

6-Pack of 12oz Cans - $10.99 at Drip & Drop in Woodstock, Georgia.
04/29/25.
Appearance: Pours a lightly hazy, yellow-toned body with a white, lightly wispy head.
Smell: Modestly bready, sweetish malts with a fruity range of citrus fruits, light pine, passion fruit and berries.
Taste: Bready, sweetish with a subdued graininess. Grapefruit-tangerine, tropical tones with strawberry and minute pine, though a slowly creeping herbal dankness showing. Medium degree of bitterness. A small pinch of powdered aspirin signals the incoming drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Fairly likable.

LOOK: Pours a less than clear pale straw yellow with a prominent all white head that holds up well for a couple of minutes before receeding but leaving plenty of side glass lace.
AROMA: Lemon citrus, light yeast esters and malt character balance.
TASTE: Follows the nose but adds some definite tropical fruit of papaya or mango. Has a drying finish and very tasty.
This could be a favorite.

FILLED ON 07/17/24. Served in a glass tumbler.
A: Lemonade yellow, hazy, with 1-2 finger white frothy head with good retention and sparse lacing.
S: Aroma is a bit light with pineapple, guava, and mango and a light pale malty character.
T: Flavor is a notch up in intensity from the aroma with more pineapple, mango, and tangerine layered on an herbal undercurrent. Not malty which is the point. Clean without much for ester quality and bitterness is medium.
M: Slides right down with light-medium body and soft carbonation and dry finish.
O: A nice cold IPA that I wish was fresher but still satisfying.

Poured from a can into an IPA glass.
Look: Yellow color. Moderately hazy. Frothy, white head. Quality head retention.
Smell: Citrus (lemon and orange). The hops are more of a gentle accent. Maybe just a hint of pine buried very deep. Floral. Not a super strong nose but a pleasant aroma nonetheless.
Taste: A more pronounced hop character with a faint undercurrent of malt. Maybe a white bread or a cracker note, especially on the finish. Semisweet and also a touch bitter. Just a little floral, again. A more gentle flavor profile, overall.
Feel: The body is on the lighter side of medium, which works well for this beer. Fairly crisp. A little clingy.
Overall: Not a bad beer by any means. It's got a bit of a mellow vibe.

12 oz can from an Ingles near the NC brewery in Asheville. A 6/20/2023 canning date is stamped on the bottom.
This "cold IPA" has a very nice, fresh, tropical fruit aroma and a danker but still fruity flavor that is at least moderately bitter for the style. Well carbonated, smooth body.
