Had at the Denver Rare Beer Tasting 2011.
Appearance: Pale gold that is extremely clear, with a thing lacing.
Smell: Delicate nose with some floral notes and a tad bit of malt.
Taste and Mouthfeel: Crisp, clean and oh so refreshing. Great example of a Pilsner. It's quite a refreshing session beer. Good tasting malts with just a hint of hops near the end, giving it a well balanced flavor.
Overall: this small batch beer was just what I needed at thsi event with so many extreme beers.
