"A Single Batch of Special Ale Brewed for the Millennium -- Batch 1700"
Hazy golden with a nice tan head, decent carbonation, and some lace rings. Light malty aroma with light spices on the nose but the spice aroma dissipates. More spicy in flavor than aroma .. similar to some saisons I've had but not as fruity or yeasty .. darker and spicier at bottom of bottle. Light-medium bodied with light creaminess with a spicy dry finish.
Had one for the Millenium and one on 08/28/03 -- A decent brew but not really one worthy of the Millennium.
Label states: "ginger, cumin, and coriander"
($4.49 / 22 oz.)
