75 cl. corked bottle, served at home in a stem glass. Pours a deep golden colour, small head that fades soon, a trace of lacing.
Aroma is funky, cloves, pears, citrics, hops, honey, spices.
Medium to light body, creamy texture, sour finish. Normal carbonation.
Taste follows the aroma, just a bit more sour. Interesting and very good.

From Hipercor. In Teku glass. Playing Avernum 3. The different of hops of each year dont seem to give it a distinct personality. Sweet and lightly alcoholic, not unpleasant, even refreshing. No trace of hoppyness
