I poured this little brew into a small white wine glass, from a small 25cl green bottle. The appearance is quite nice, with bright white head and a crystal clear pale golden body.
In the aroma, I detect hints of honey, light orange and vanilla, with light floral hops.
The taste is relative to the style. It's sugary with bubble gum and slight orange rind. This is a pretty tasty beer altogether, though.
This feels moderately coarse with all the carbonation and such, but mellows out into dry, leaving the palate clean.
This nearly makes for a good session beer, with a relatively moderate ABV content for a Belgian/French Pale Ale.
