Poured a light copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured a light rye spice with a balancing flowery hop.
The taste consisted of a clean rye malt and utilitarian hop. Some spice was detected, but overall nothing too exciting flavorwise.
The mouthfeel was a bit on the thin side with a dry finish.
Overall a good drinking beer. However, more of a complex flavor profile is necessary I feel.
