Had this beer on-tap at Horniblow's Tavern and took a growler home for myself and a friend coming over this weekend who is just getting into craft beer. Color was a dark tea with a single finger of fluffy tan head. Aroma was malty with a slight citrus hint. Taste was pronounced caramel malt with mild citrus hop character to balance the brew and no more. I would guess less than 20 IBU's here. I can't classify this as an american pale ale. For the english ale fans of the triangle, here's one in your own back yard.

appearance: The beer comes in a pint with a very slight, white head that is pretty much just a ring and a thin layer on the surface. The beer is a light, golden amber in color.
smell: Nice, grainy toasted and caramel malts give a light to moderate sweetness. There are some notes of toffee and a lighter, greenish hop aroma.
mouthfeel: The carbonation is on the upper end of the low range, and the body a lighter medium. For my taste, this one is pretty undercarbonated, but the body is nice overall.
taste: Light toasted malts and a nondescript, bland hop flavor. The beer is somewhat watery. There is a moderate hop bitterness after the swallow and into the finish. The nose showed some promise but the flavor kinda let me down. Although the flavor is pretty boring, it does get an "average" number because it's not bad and there is nothing really off.
drinkability: pretty easy but not so great of a pale ale
Available only at the brewery, as far as I am aware
