Pours off tap a pretty orange/amber/pink fusion. Very well carbonated. Nice lacing. A lacking aroma is made up for in a rather refreshing taste. Ginger can be tasted but is not overpowering. Well balanced for sure. The first enjoyable ginger beer I've tried. This was greatly refreshing, considerably tasty and would make a great beer for a nice day. Very simple, nothing spectacular but an excellent alternative to pale lagers.

According to the fine lady who served me this beer, it was brewed specifically for a few local Japanese restaurants to serve with their meals.
The pour was a nice amber with minimal head. The nose was spicey and sweet and the ginger was obvious. The mouthfeel was light. Taste wise, ginger was huge up front and for the most part, the beer leaned toward the sweeter side. The finish lingered nice and long and was highlighted by a lemony zip at the end.
I can see why this beer would be perfect with a Japanese meal. I think the intention was served but the drinkability might be this beers only downside.
