Brutopia "Chocolate Wheat"
Appearance: Clear dark mahogany body with glimmering orange highlights at the base of the glass. Full creamy off-white/light tan head. Nitro pour? Check!
Aroma: Chocolatey nose. Some wheat. No hops. Pleasant and welcoming.
Flavor: Carmel is added into the mix, as well as soft chocolate. The wheat is more subtle, and there are some mild herbal and grassy hops present. Moderate bitterness. Clean and smooth. Dry lingering finish with dark chocolate followed by some hops.
Mouthfeel: Creamy and smooth via a medium body and nitrogen dispense.
Overall: Quite pleasant! Fully flavored but not overdone. Very drinkable.
