This beer serves a amber, deep golden color with a minimal head and sufficient carbonation.

Smell was malty with a sweet honey smell. The honey was pretty evident and was lying on top of the other smells and was poorly incorporated into the beer.

Taste at first was OK. It starts out with a nice malt taste and a good bitterness for the style. Too bad, but the honey taste is starting to bore me after half a pint. It even gets hard to drink, because of the fullness of it's body.

Deep-golden color with a head that retained fairly well. Mild aroma, nothing too outstanding, well-banaced. Very smooth taste. It was sweet like honey and a slight fruitiness to it. Very easy on the palate and even easier to drink. I love the idea of putting honey in a beer, but this one doesn't quite capture everything that could be done. It's a good start though and a nice, easy-drinking beer.

Served an amber with a short white head. Tastes sweet like honey. Sweet. Hops are there, but subtile. Balance is okdokay. Mouthfeel is very thin. Better than the stout I ordered, but nothing to make me want to stick around to try more Brutopia beers.
