Golden color and nearly clear. Small head which leaves little lace.
Sweeter toasted bread with some dryer caramel. Lighter hop nose.
The malt base is mild and dry. Good body with appropriate carbonation. The bitterness is strong but not too much. The flavor is like black pepper leaving a moderately lengthy aftertaste.
