2016 edition. Poured from a fliptop ceramic bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed light golden pour with minimal head. No significant lacing.
S: Wow... lemon, ginger, and spice... tangy and herbal.
T/F: Follows the nose. Very herbal and spicy... tangy and tart... strong presence of lemon and ginger.. milder coriander, thyme, and nutmeg. Catty.. a little abrasive and then sweet/tart fruit. Light bodied.
O: A super unique beer... definitely a love/hate, and I really enjoyed it. A small pour was ideal (shared with friends) and super interesting. Drinks kind of like a spicy ginger radler. Good stuff.
