Initially, the Brut de Bière wraps itself in a silky blonde dress with white foam lace. The nose is caressed by a fruity-spicy Riesling bouquet, the tongue is surprised by intertwining delicate sweetness and utterly charming acidity. Finely bubbly carbonic acid is reminiscent of the mousseux typical of sparkling wine. The rich complexity and beautiful dryness impress with great elegance.

Pours a very light straw with two fingers of bright white head which fades quite quickly.
Nose is very vinous and reminiscent of white wine. Grüner Veltliner?
Mouthfeel is light with spritzy carbonation.
Very vinous in the beginning of the palate being slightly bitter and drying in the end and after.
Overall a cool little experiment along the same lines as Deus, but not as characterful.

Clear bubbly golden body, white head, thin lacing. Aromas of lemon, lychee, white grape, flowers, and dry brut yeast. Taste adds orange juice drops, sweet apple, and a hint of kiwi. Feel is bright, highly carbonated, has a hit of sour but dries out, clean and airy. The wife liked it. Paired amazingly well with foie gras.
