Stiegl Haus Bier - Mühlviertler Hopfencuvée
Made with organic and local ingredients.
Served (2X) in a small glass Stiegl mug at the brewery.
Crystal clear golden liquid with a creamy and durable tan head. The head leaves the mug almost completely coated with sticky lacing. Lots of fine rising bubbles all the way the the end.
A. Hops (similar to Noble) and, not quite as strong, bready malt.
T: About as hoppy as an APA, this beer has a long lasting and very nicely hoppy finish and aftertaste, with relatively low bitterness
M: near medium bodywith somewhat aggressive carbonation.
O tasty and highly drinkable. Sort of an imperial pils. Worth seeking out if not too pricey.
