This rotational offering is presumably named for the J.R.R. Tolkien character and not the drummer for T. Rex. Peregrin Took is a traditional English-style IPA with minimal measures of head, lace, or carbonation. It is clouded apricot color with an astonishing grapefruit aroma. The flavor is also very citrus balanced with an almost orange touch to it that is keenly punctuated by a snakebite bitter finish.
This simple yet elegant brew reflects light with some grace and is mighty easy to drink.
