Copper Kettle - described by the waiter as a cross between their amber and their blonde.
Served in a standard pint the beer is a light clear copper (duh) with a quickly collapsing off white head.
Nice aroma of sweet malts backed with some lemony citrus.
The taste is a bit light but manages to combine some sweet cracker like malts and some slightly bitter cascade hops.
Mouth is crisp with excellent carbonation. This is a very good crossover beer with some better than average attributes.
