The lightest of our standard lineup, a straw-colored ale brewed for the light beer drinker. Two-row malted barley and enough Cascade hops to balance it out.

Look: Crystal clear blonde-yellow with an invigorated head that quickly swells up to a pillow and slowly recedes, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Honey, freshly baked bread, flowers, and some bread dough
Taste: Honey-dipped bread and layers of bready malt and dough kick it off and soon joined by a nice bouquet of floral notes – honeysuckle, cherry blossom, and true jasmine. More bready malt returns and leads to a honey-led and flowery finish
Mouthfeel: Light but full, very clean throughout, medium-high carbonation, and a soft and clean finish
Overall: This is delicious. Another winner from these folks and a great addition to what has been an awesome lineup thus far. A very tasty and well-balanced blonde ale that is flavorful, light, refreshing, and way too easy to imbibe. I’ll be buying plenty more in the coming months. Recommended
