Glad to see this one on as a Seasonal. As with all beer at this friendly brew pub, it is served in a standard shaker. The beer is bronze with a slight chill haze. The head is beige and the beer has good lacing. It is a looker.
It has a nice pine aroma with caramel malts.
The taste tracks the smell. Pine resin balanced by caramel malts. A bit of slow poke sucker and a bit of red apple all wrapped in more pine.
The mouth is slightly coating and a touch oily. This is an easy drinker and really hits the right notes.
