Note that I have no idea what this name means & I double checked the spelling on both tap handles…
Served in a standard shaker, the beer is a gold with a chill haze and a smallish but sticky white head.
The beer's nose is grains, crackers and a bit of plum.
The taste is nice; it is slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. It has some subtle fruit notes and finishes with some more bitterness. I like my pils to pop and this one does.
The mouth is decent with active and tiny bubbles.
I liked this one and it is an easy beer to pair with food.
