The beer after its separation from the 22 ounce brown bottle pours a bemused mahogany color with a mountainous frothy light tan head, as it slowly fades away, the resultant lace forms a thick blanket to conceal the glass from view. Nose is sweet malt, crisp and fresh, hints of caramel and maybe a tad of yeast, start is sweet with a pleasant malt profile, the top is fair to middling. Finish is persistent in its carbonation, the hops forthright but not overpowering, quite dry aftertaste, a fine drinking beer and I thank Xlperro for a chance to sample this new beer and also a new brewery to me.

Deep ruby red, verging on burnt sienna with a blooming 2 finger head, off-white and tightly knit. Slightly cloudy.
Nose is a beautiful rich malt and sweet fruity hops but mostly malt. Syrupy stone fruit.
First pull is malty with a hoppy backdrop.
I have aged this beer a year or so, so the hops have mellowed, i assume. But the rich maltyness is the star of this beer. there is also a raisiny richness and taste. Mouth-feel is pleasant and overall drinkability is good.

Poured a hazy red/orange/copper color with a huge creamy off white head. Lots of noticeable carbonation. Left chunks of lace.
Aromas of caramel, fruit, sweet malt and earthy hops.
Sweet grainy malt flavor. Lots of caramel and tangy fruit. Hints of chocolate and nuts. Finishes with a slightly citrusy earthy hop bitterness. Nice balance.
Medium bodied. The carbonation, while very present, was actually quite subtle and gave it a smooth creamy mouthfeel. Great drinkability for this very refreshing brew.

This beer kind of felt like "healthy" beer. aroma was of fresh caramel malts and some fruit. A nice tan head sat atop a deep reddish / copper body. Smooth as silk despite generous hopping for the style. I detected a hint of cherries in the finish. Good solid enjoyable beer from a fine small brewery.
