1L plastic bottle with screw-top cap. Sticker on the bottle states the beer type and "Brewed On:" (Sep 01). Poured in a pint glass.

Clear and red-brown in colour. Almost a light brown with red highlights. Head disappears quickly, but in it's brief showing it's tight and light beige.

Aroma is sweet and malty. Pretty basic and simple.

Taste is also basic and simple. Malty and lightly sweet at the start, there is a brief smokey aspect before the light carbonation rush. Finish tastes watered down and mild. Aftertaste is almost non-existent and non-descript.

Mouthfeel is a little thin for a red ale. Waterly and lightly carbonated.

This is probably the best of the Bonzinni's bunch. I would say it's neck and neck with some of the better macros and regional micros. Not much else to say here.
