Served in a 20 oz.mug at Clark's Crossing Brewpub.
Clear, medium brown in colour. Basically no head at all, the couple of bubbles look like they might be beige-ish.
Weak aroma of malt with a little hint of nutty-ness.
Watery, weak and bland. Not terrible tasting, but it really seems like a watered down version of a decent brown ale. A little nutty with a slight bitter malt flavour. Some sips reminded me of the inside of a pecan that isn't part of the nut, but not the hard shell, whatever that's called.
Thin, flat mouthfeel. Watery with no carbonation.
If it wasn't so thin and watery, it'd actually probably be not half bad. As it is, average for taste is being kind. Still, the best they had to offer.
