Entering, a pair of glass cases ran along both walls to display their canned beer. The Formica-topped, question mark-shaped bar was straight ahead with the brewhouse visible in the back left corner next to the kitchen in the center. Off to the left of the beginning of the bar was a game room followed by "Saskatoon's largest selection of beer, wine, and spirits" for off-sale. A bakery was right of the kitchen with the restaurant area on the right side of the space. Booths lined the walls with standard tables and chairs filling out the restaurant area.
Beer: White Tail Lager; Bullrush Barley Wine; Gulogulo Red (scientific name for Wolverine); Coffee Stout - still a work in progress.
I spoke to both the owner and the brewer during my visit - both were very enthusiastic!

This is a full mash brewpub, but the bartender had know idea! He did not even know if the beers were ales or lagers. Another staff member said it was all lagers. They had four different types that all seem very similar to me.
They claim to be the second largest brewer of beers in the province, with a very busy offsales. Not sure if their claim is correct. The system in an 11hl and they brew 3 or 4 times a week.
Not a large place, but quite nice inside with a modern feel. Younger "hip" crowd.
