Copenhagen 9/5 2024. 33 cl chubby bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Modernistic blue label with a city scape and a diver jumping from a ledge.

Pours unclear, almost opaque, pale yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of malts, sugar and a bit of fruit. Sweet oranges, honey melon, sugar, banana and whiff of citrus.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweet and pleasant.

Decent Wit.

Blonde, clean, no hazy. Average foam.
Quite heavy smell for a blanche. Cereals. Almost no spiciness.
Same for the taste. Not too blanche. Light tartness.
Strange herbal notes in the aftertaste.

On draft at The Pharmacy. Poured out a cloudy, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy patches of lace on the glass. It smelled of cracked wheat, coriander, yeastiness and orange peel. Sweet wheat taste with spices and a yeasty bite.
