Lemon yellow, fairly long lasting foam. I get oranges, pineapple, Belgian spice and yeast aromas. Taste is like rinds were thrown in my glass. Pungent bitterness of orange and grapefruit, mild pineapple sweetness, spicy with hints of cloves and yeast. Very sip worthy.

Served on draft at Local Goat in Pigeon Forge TN. Yes, among the tourist traps in Pigeon Forge, there is a quality brew house serving local craft beers.
Arrives to the bar and looks beautiful. A smoky straw color with a perfectly coiffed, stark white head of decent proportions. Maybe two fingers in size and dense. Resembles that of a Guinness frankly. Unfortunately, the rest of the beer disappoints.
Aroma certainly leans a little more Belgian than IPA. Classified as a white IPA, which I assumed meant it had wheat in it, not Belgian malts. Yeasty in the aroma for sure with Belgian yeast spiciness.
Flavor leaned heavily Belgian as well. Spicy, fruity, slightly sweet, hip bitterness was present but not prevalent. Kind of grassy, which I like, but not my cup of tea.
I wasn't a fan of this one. Doesn't seem to be any major flaws as far as flavors, just not the flavors I prefer.
