A: Slightly cloudy amber color with a thick white head that settles quickly and leaves slight lacing. Lots of effervescence.
S: Aroma of rubber and metal, with some malts evident.
T: Acidic throughout, especially in the finish; some bread and citrus, but not enough to shine through the acid.
M: A bit thin and oily.
D: A problem-laden brew, maybe an infection.

Bottled Juy 04 BB 2 years afterwards. Poors out without much of a head and has an amberbrown beercollor and hardly any haze. Nose is lots of applejuice, peppery spicy, porty and IMO far gone. Still half a year from the expirery date so with these 9% and a good care for last half year( refrigerator) IMO a pitty. Taste is also far gone and misses any sparkle of freshness nor great aging arome. Sweet, porty/sherry, sweetness and hanging bitterness with some nutty arome in aftertaste. Alcohol obvious but not fitting in this taste either that resulted in a poorout after just some sips.
