Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at his tasting.

Pours a hazy crimson red with a foamy reddish-tan head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is sour with grain, cherry, funk, acidic, and wood aromas. Taste is much the same with sour grain, cherry, funk, and wood flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp and dry mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with great sour cherry flavors, but the smell is slightly better to me.

Serving type: bottle.

Shared at a local DC sour tasting, from a bottle, pours a bright dark red with a light pink head. Very appetizing color.

The smell is a bit muted, berries, cherry, light funk, but not much else. The flavor is ok... this reminds me of cherry flavored medicine. Its a little boring, more dusty cherries, chemicals, light berry fruit (raspberries and blackberries). I like the tartness.

Overall, I'd pass on it if I had the chance again.
