On tap at Billie’s Bier Kafetaria in Antwerp, Belgium.
This one pours a light amber-ish color, with a very small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like almond and general toasty nuttiness, with lemon rind, and white wine.
The cherry wood infusion here works really well. There’s a really nice woodiness, with some toasted almond, cedar, and some light cherry. There’s also lots of lemon, white wine, and some hay.
This is light bodied, softly carbonated, and quite drinkable, as lambics go.
I definitely want to try more of these Oud Beersel infusions.
