Not very complex, but extremely tasty, buttery toffee and milky, roasted coffee in there aswell, and very smooth. Very nice spicy finish and quite malty, i kind of dig it. Slightly spicy, peppery and spicy, but definitely not overly so, thanks to Chris for this beer, a great little beer from our South Pacific neighbours.
