Cranberry Take on a Belgian Style.
Appearance- Dark Brown body with limited carbonation. The head dissipated rapidly. Some sediment in the bottom of the bottle, looks to be similar to cranberry skin.
Smell- Cranberry No question, some dark biter tones, a typical Belgian smell aside.
Taste- Very much like a bitter cranberry fizzy drink, but there is a clear dark Belgian yeast taste that ends each sip. There is also a warming feeling after each sip, thanks to the ABV
Mouthfeel- Like a rolling fizz across your tongue with each sip, the body.
Drinkability- Quite good for a 9% and a great take, but one bottle was just right.
